ION haven't missed a beat when it comes to comfort or protection either. A cushiony EVA Midsole deals with trail-buzz but still offers great pedal feel and feedback as well as great cushioning for big hits. If you're off the bike, a clever heel and toe tread pattern provides great grip when hike-a-biking.
Keeping you safe is a reinforced toe box and pre-shaped heel, designed to absorb and redirect impacts from rocks roots and anything else lurking trailside. A mid-top style upper offers additional padding and protection for your ankles and it's a feature we're big fans of.
